Order Guide

1.Q:What should I do if my order won't go through?
A: Check that all required fields have been filled out correctly. Your billing address should be entered exactly as indicated on your billing statement. If you continue to experience difficulties when placing your order, Please Contact Us immediately.

2.Q:Will I get an order confirmation?
A: Once you've placed your order we'll send you a confirmation email containing all the details of your order.

3.Q:Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll try to catch it before it goes out the door -- most orders process and ship immediately (excluding weekends and holidays). If it has not yet been processed we can cancel your order so that you can place it once more.

Our current order processing will spend 1-2 business days to in-stock.You'll received an email notification when your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

The jewelry you buy will be shipped via trusted international carriers such as DHL, Fedex, EMS ect based on your needs. For the delivery time, including USA, Australia and most countries of South America, they will be 5 to 8 days. But if European countries, then the time will be 7 to 10 days.

Returns & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it for a refund or exchange within 10 days from the date when you got your package. Returned jewelry should needs to be in its original condition, include gift boxes , and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. By the way, we can’t accept returns any other way.

1.Q: What can I do if the jewelry was damaged when received?
   A: Firstly, we will check the quality of jewelry by our QC department. Secondly, it maybe destoried in transit. In this case, please take a photo for us to confirm, then we will replace a new jewellery for you.

2.Q: Why I failed pay for orders many times?
   A: Not all the type of card are supported. We can support credit card, such as VISA, Master and Western Union, MoneyGram. Sometimes you will fail to pay, it may be caused by the type of card that we don't support. It also caused by system, in this case, you should pay it again, it will success by then. Last but not least, if you pay for it using Western Union or MoneyGram, we will give you another discount!
