Which metals and diamonds can I choose?
Our catalog includes 18K gold jewelry, natural-diamond designs and lab-grown-diamond designs. Options vary by piece. The custom wedding ring can be made in platinum or 18K white gold.
Does my diamond come with a report?
Report arrangements depend on the product. Our 2.50 carat lab-grown diamond engagement ring comes with the GIA report for its corresponding diamond. Ask Billy for the report details of the stone in your enquiry.
How do I get a price and delivery quote?
Send Billy the product link or design requirements, size and destination through WhatsApp or the product enquiry form on the selected product page. Our quotes include FedEx shipping and all taxes. See our shipping information.
What are your after-sales and repair terms?
The receipt date is the date the carrier’s tracking marks the parcel as delivered. Both the 14-calendar-day reporting period and the one-year repair period begin on this date. Report any quality issue or other problem within 14 calendar days of receipt. If no problem is reported within that period, the item is considered accepted without issues, and later return or exchange requests will not be accepted. Within one year of receipt, repair labor is free and any additional materials are charged to the customer.
