- Products must be in their original condition, unworn and unused.
- Custom-made jewelry, including personalized or engraved items, is non-refundable.
Return Process
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or the Contact Page with your order number.
- We will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable. In the case of defective or wrong items, we cover the full return cost.

- Replica jewelry and custom solid 18k gold jewelry are final sale, except in cases of damage or quality issues.
