Report Any Problem Within 14 Days of Receipt
Please inspect your jewelry when it arrives and report any quality issue, damage, missing part, incorrect item or other problem within 14 calendar days of receiving it. If no problem is reported within 14 calendar days of receipt, the item will be considered accepted without issues, and later return or exchange requests will not be accepted.
This reporting deadline for returns and exchanges is separate from the repair service described below. Repair support remains available after the 14-day period.
Returns, Exchanges and Refund Requests
If you report a problem within 14 calendar days of receipt, contact Justes with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review the problem with you and confirm the appropriate solution, including any applicable repair, return, exchange or refund arrangements.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct address and instructions. Reporting a problem within 14 days means notifying us within that period; it does not mean the item must arrive back with us within 14 days.
Repairs Within the First Year
Within one year of receipt, we waive repair labor fees. If the repair requires additional materials, the customer pays the additional material costs.
Repairs After One Year
After one year from receipt, the customer is responsible for all repair-related costs, including materials, repair labor and any other applicable charges. We can continue to provide technical support and help repair your jewelry.
Technical Support and Repair Assistance
Because we are familiar with the construction of our pieces, we can often achieve a better repair result than a local jewelry shop. The outcome depends on the condition of the piece and the repair required.
