Repairs Within the First Year
Within one year of receipt, we waive repair labor fees. If the repair requires additional materials, the customer pays the additional material costs.

After one year from receipt, the customer is responsible for all repair-related costs, including materials, repair labor and any other applicable charges. We can continue to provide technical support and help repair your jewelry.
